Return Policy
Internet Purchase returns will be accepted within 7 business days for a full product refund; note shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items returned must be in the original packaging and condition with all labels and tags. Damaged items cannot be returned. All returns are subject to inspection. Please note you must email info@theyellowdoor.com to receive a return authorization prior to sending your return back. Returns received without a return authorization will be returned to sender and not processed.
In Store Purchases do NOT qualify for the above policy; in store purchases carry a 30 day exchange period only, no refunds. In Store costume jewelry sales are final.
No refunds will be honored for special orders.
